Adwoa is currently the Director of Programmes at the Fair Justice Initiative. Since joining the FJI in 2020, Adwoa has been responsible for Project conceptualization and Implementation, to ensure the desired impacts are achieved. Previously, Adwoa worked with the World Cocoa Foundation and Nestle Central and West Africa Limited, where she coordinated multi – stakeholder partnerships and programs aimed at sustainability.

She holds a master’s degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Robert Gordon University and Ashesi University, respectively.
She is interested in the reformation and rehabilitation of juveniles and works to ensure a social protection for juveniles and incarcerated adults.
