Serwaah Sarfo Mensah Esq
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Studies from the University of Ghana and a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) degree from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) (where she graduated with a First Class Honours). She is also admitted to practice as a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. Amanda has significant experience in litigation with a strong focus on criminal law practice.
She has an in-depth working knowledge and understanding of trials, plea bargaining and correctional systems. Prior to joining the Fair Justice Initiative, Amanda worked at the Office of the Attorney-General where she worked on several cases involving offences ranging from misdemeanours to capital offences and major public sensitive cases.
